In addition to the wide array of fitness activities available to you, we also offer several educational workshops during your stay. Topics include our Tour and History of the Natural Bridge, Healthy On Your Feet (which teaches proper walking techniques), the Cooking Demo, and Nutrition Lecture. On alternating weeks, you can also enjoy either Gardening for Your Health or Balancing Health with Nature. Our informative Taking the Program Home lecture focuses on both the fitness and nutrition necessary to reach your goals and continue to change your lifestyle. There will be time for asking any questions that may be on your mind, and handouts with helpful information will also be passed out. We want you to be able to continue with your healthy eating and fitness habits when you go back to the real world and turn this stay into changes that will last a lifetime!
