Fitness Assessments / Personal Training

Upon arrival at our weight loss retreat, guests receive a personal fitness assessment with one of our fitness staff.  The assessment is not mandatory, but we do recommend that you take advantage of this complimentary service so that you can follow your progress throughout the week.  Your assessment will include your body weight, measurements, flexibility and body fat percentage.  The instructor is available to answer any questions you may have, as well as help you choose activities in which you may want to participate.  At the end of your stay, you will receive another fitness assessment, so you can see the results from all your hard work.  You can obtain a copy of this assessment to take home with you to frame, blow up to poster-size, or just keep for your own personal reference.  Please note:  if you arrive on a Sunday by the suggested arrival time, please be sure to make your way to the lower gym for your assessment that day.

Personal training sessions are also available with certified trainers.  They will walk you through an exercise routine that you can continue once you're home.  The advantage of personal training is that you will receive one-on-one guidance, as well as a fitness regimen that is geared to your personal needs.  The cost of personal training sessions is $50.00 for an hour or $30.00 for a half-hour.
