Strength & Toning
Our strength and toning classes offer muscle sculpting and help to build bone density. You will learn correct form on free weights, tubing, weight machines, and resistaball workouts. Building muscles is important! It will speed up metabolism and help you burn more calories. Our core classes will help tone and strengthen your abdominals and back. We offer a short and sweet abs class, as well as ABT’s (a total abs/butts/thighs workout), one of our most popular classes. Our Pilates is designed for guests from beginning to intermediate levels. It is a basic floor mat class, but it truly targets those core muscles! Personal training sessions are also available for those who desire a more one-on-one approach.
