Upon arrival at our week-long fitness and weight loss retreat, guests receive an In-Body personal fitness assessment. The assessment is not mandatory but we do recommend that you take advantage of this complimentary service so that you can follow your progress throughout the year. The inBody test examines the body composition and reveals your percentage of body fat, your muscle distribution, and your body water balance. The staff is available to answer any questions as well as assist you in choosing activities in which you may want to participate.
Each two weeks of your stay, you may receive another fitness assessment. These InBody assessments will help you see the results of your hard work and adjust your nutrition and fitness schedule to align with your fitness goals. You are given a copy of these assessments to take home with you and they are a wonderful tool to share with your personal trainer and your physican.
Personal training sessions are also available with our certified trainers. Our trainers will guide you through a personal exercise routine and teach you the correct form and function of each machine.There are two major advantages of receiving personal training. One, you will receive one-on-one instructions geared to your bodies needs, and two, your will have a fitness regimen that your can take home to continue your progress. The cost of personal training sessions is $50.00 for an hour or $30.00 for a half-hour.
