FITNESS ASSESSMENT/PERSONAL TRAINING

Upon arrival, guests receive a personal fitness assessment with one of our fitness instructors. The assessment is not mandatory, but we do recommend that you take advantage of this complimentary service, so that you can follow your progress throughout the week. Your assessment will include your body weight, measurements, flexibility, and body fat percentage. The instructor is available to answer any questions that you may have, as well as help you decide which walk group you will be in and other activities that you may want to participate in. At the end of your stay, you will receive another fitness assessment, so that you can see the results from all of your hard work. You can obtain a copy of this assessment to take home with you to frame, blow up to poster-size, or just keep for your own personal reference!

Personal training sessions are also available with certified trainers. They will walk you through an exercise routine that you can continue once you're home. The advantage of personal training is that you will receive one-on-one guidance, as well as a fitness regimen that is geared to your personal needs. The cost of personal training sessions is $50.00 for an hour or $30.00 for a half-hour.
