PET DEPOSIT If you stay in one of our off-campus units that permits pets, a $200. pet deposit is required, which is refundable at the end of your stay if there has been no damage.

FOR YOUR INFORMATION

Should you decide to fly into Nashville International Airport, a shuttle service is available to pick you up and return you to the airport on your arriving/departing Sunday. The charge is $90.00 round trip or any portion thereof. The van will depart at 1:00 P.M. You will be returned to the airport by 12:00 P.M. on your departing Sunday. Ensure your flight arrival and departure will meet this schedule. If you are unable to meet these requirements, we recommend you either arrive a day early and use hotel accommodations, or use a rental car. A special pickup/delivery is also available. The cost is $120.00 or $75.00 per person for more than one person, one way. Please be sure to inform the office of your arrival time to assist the shuttle driver should your flight be cancelled or postponed. If you must cancel the van service, please do so by the Friday before your arrival. Failure to comply will result in a charge to your account. This also applies if you cancel or reschedule your entire stay.

A $100.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation. Payment of your balance is required 14 days prior to arrival. We accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, CASH, PERSONAL CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS. All reservations, confirmed with your deposit, will be followed by a confirmation letter from our office. Deposits are not refundable; however, we extend your deposit for future use within one year from the date of your original reservation, should you need to cancel.
