What is Gratitude, What are the Two Stages of Gratitude, and Why is This Emotion So Important?

At Tennessee Fitness Spa, we encourage our guests to not only focus on revitalizing their physical health through fitness and nutrition, but also to take the time to be mindful of their mental health.

Being grateful in life is the same as being in love. Gratitude vibrates at the frequency of 540 MHz, the same as love. The more thankful you are for yourself and your life, the happier and more peaceful you will become. Living your life with gratitude will make you understand that you need to acknowledge what you have before wanting more. You need to know your worth. Through this, you will realize how beautiful life can be.

What is Gratitude?

Gratitude is the feeling of appreciation toward what you have in life. When we talk about being thankful, it is about realizing how blessed we are each day. It is a positive emotion that helps you manifest anything in life and become a better person.

Sometimes we forget what we have, and we become so attached to the material world. This is making us become insecure and want more. These feelings of wanting more are just a program from our childhood, which creates an illusion that we become happier if we have material things.

Gratitude is about acknowledging what you have, loving your body, and appreciating yourself; through this, it will be very easy to respect others and all the little things around you.

Gratitude can be manifested in all areas of your life. You can start your day by sending gratitude for your health, for that beautiful day, for your life, and all the things around you. You can be grateful for any little thing that happens in your life.

Even if some things seem to be very difficult, if you try to look from another point of view and see the good in the bad and the bad in the good, you will realize that everything is relative in life.

If you send gratitude toward something or someone, this vibration is more long-lasting than other positive emotions. With this act of being thankful, you can see the good in your life; you will be able to connect to something bigger – it is a vibration that makes you feel peace and fulfillment.

The Two Stages of Gratitude

  • The first thing before you decide to send gratitude is to Acknowledge what you have in life. Be aware of how much you have done until now and try to be grateful for yourself. Look at your life and where you were 2-3 years ago. Try to see all the beautiful things you have done until this present moment. It is essential to realize your worth.
  • Then acknowledge the external things that make your life easier and happier – all the things that make you feel secure and bring fulfillment in your life.
  • After acknowledging what you have and where you are in life, the second step is Sending Gratitude from All Your Heart. You can send gratitude to anything… to nature, weather, food, water, your body, your health, work, anything.

These two stages of sending gratitude are about acknowledging your life and how wonderful you are. Then send gratitude for all that you have and for all that you have accomplished until now.

Why is Gratitude Important?

Gratitude is significant. Without being grateful for what you have, you will not be able to attract blessings in life. Being too attached to the material world and not realizing what you have will make you want more and more. Without being satisfied with your life, you will have a negative attitude toward anything, and nothing will make you feel fulfilled, no matter how much you have.

Sending gratitude, you are able to Vibrate at a Higher Frequency and see the good in all the things that surround you. Even on a bad day, if you can see that it may be the moment to take a pause and look deeper into yourself, you will realize that everything happens for a reason.

You are attracting, with your thoughts and actions, all the people and events from your life. You’re able to manifest anything you wish if you are grateful for life, for your body, for all the things that make you evolve and help you become a better person each day.
