At Tennessee Fitness Spa, we’re a comprehensive, transformative weight loss retreat that isn’t a “fat camp,” but a lifestyle change. When you stay with us, you’ll be encouraged to participate in a range of fitness and exercise activities, including walking, aqua aerobics, weight training, Pilates, yoga, stretching, cardio classes, and indoor cycling.
