Meet the fitness instructors at our weight loss camp
At Tennessee Fitness Spa, we’re a comprehensive, transformative weight loss camp that isn’t looking to be the average “fat camp.” When you stay with us, you’ll be encouraged to participate in a range of fitness and exercise activities, including walking, aqua aerobics, weight training, Pilates, yoga, stretching, and indoor cycling. No matter your personal level of fitness, our instructors will tailor a regimen for you that will produce results. More importantly, they’ll work to develop a routine that you can take home with you.
